I’m Adriane and I love to be in the kitchen. I cook and bake a lot, but bread is my thing. I’ve been baking bread for a long time, but I started experimenting with sourdough in 2021 after seeing it in a King Arthur Baking catalog. I began making more than our family could eat, so I began sharing with friends and neighbors, which quickly turned into weekly orders. Cherry Street Bread officially opened in February 2022. 

 

I live in Stillwater, Minnesota - an adorable little river town east of the Twin Cities. My house on the hill is ancient, my kitchen is green (not by choice), and there are usually Legos on the counters.

 

When I’m not baking, I work as a strategy consultant for nonprofits, spend time with my husband and two boys, and explore local trails. I love to grow stuff in my backyard, make homemade pizza on Saturday nights, and read lots of books.
